Honey for Money
Even our local honey man is making a generous contribution of pure honey that will make the journey directly from his Great Warford beehives, to the jar and then onto the Fun Day Cake Stall!
Meet Julie Hawkins – Moonshadow’s fashion designer
Don’t Miss Moonshadow’s stall at the artisan market! The exclusive boutique sells bespoke clothes, designed and hand made by Julie Hawkins, who uses quirky and beautiful fabrics she sources from all over the world.
Established in 2017, Julie launched Moonshadow with a bespoke range of remarkable children’s fashions that proved so popular she expanded the collection to include all ages and even provides a ‘made-to-order’ service.
Julie said “My unique designs are limited to Moonshadow, so they cannot be found in shops, and include dresses, skirts, waistcoats, joggers and sweaters that I lovingly make in my Cheshire studio”.
ClaireGortonMakes as seen on Etsy.com
Cheshire artist Claire Gorton, the designer maker of pottery and jewellery working in porcelain, is presenting her modern-take of the blue and white traditional colour combination product range at the Fun Day.
The fabulous ceramic designs include decorative and functional ornaments and fashionable jewellery pieces made locally at her family’s farm using the slip casting mould process and the ancient hand-building technique. Claire told us she is really looking forward to the Great Warford Family Fun Day and can’t wait to meet everyone!
So if you fancy trying your hand at pottery making it’s definitely worth browsing Claire’s unique stand while viewing her imaginative designs.

We can’t wait to sample Sarah Hold’s freshly made fudge, after she confirmed The Fudge Hub are taking a stall at the artisan market and Sarah tells us she has been working hard to create new flavours to bring a modern twist to the fudge market and how she loves to incorporate different toppings and offer
something a little different to popular flavours while keeping the classics that people know and love
